DESCRIPTION:Join us as we welcome Maria Capolupo\, Death Doula and Grief Support Specialist\, to the Forest Lawn Chapel for our inaugural talk in a new series called Chapel Chats. This initiative will offer a variety of death care awareness programs and resources that promote a healthy attitude about mortality. \nIn her series “Ask a Death Doula”\, Maria offers the opportunity for people in all phases of life to learn about all aspects of dying\, death\, and grief. One part educational conversation and one part Q & A\, attendees are encouraged to ask any and all questions they’ve ever wanted to know (but have been afraid to ask) about death and death work. \nMaria Capolupo is a Death Doula and Grief Support Specialist based in Buffalo\, NY\, dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the end-of-life journey with compassion and care. Offering a holistic approach\, Maria helps clients experience meaningful\, peaceful transitions\, while ensuring they feel heard\, understood\, and supported throughout the process. In addition to one-on-one support\, Maria gives lectures and educational sessions to groups and individuals\, aiming to demystify death\, dying\, and grief.
