Learn why the Victorians loved to tell ghost stories on Christmas Eve and why the tradition never quite took off in America. Then, hear an actual ghost story written in the 1800s; Charles Dickens wasn’t the only one to write a Christmas ghost story!
Available for purchase will be Amanda’s book, A Very Frightful Victorian Christmas, filled with twelve Victorian ghost stories and six traditional recipes.
Seating is limited and registration is required. All proceeds benefit the Forest Lawn Heritage Foundation.

Event Location: This event takes place at Forest Lawn’s historic Chapel in the heart of the cemetery. Enter the cemetery at any gate and follow the white painted line on the road to the Chapel; ample parking is available.
