Forest Lawn (Corporate title is The Buffalo City Cemetery, Inc.), a not-for-profit 501(c)13 organization regulated by the New York State Department of State Division of Cemeteries. As an organization that serves all faiths, ethnicities and ancestries, we operate 14 cemeteries and a crematory: Forest Lawn Cemetery in Buffalo, New York; Lakeside Cemetery in Hamburg, New York; St. Matthew’s Cemetery in West Seneca, New York; the Williamsville Cemetery and Gethsemane Cemetery – both in Williamsville, New York; Lancaster Rural Cemetery in the Town of Lancaster, Oakwood Cemetery in East Aurora, Forest Hill Cemetery in Attica, Griffins Mills Cemetery in West Falls and Freedom Cemetery and Freedom Rural Cemetery in the Town of Freedom, Quaker Settlement in Warsaw, Evergreen Lawn Cemetery in Akron and Clarence Fillmore Cemetery in Clarence as well as Forest Lawn Cremation Company in Buffalo, New York.
