Tickets: You do not need to print any ticketing information; attendees will be checked in by name of ticket purchaser.
Check-in: Check-in takes place at the Margaret L. Wendt Center located at 1990 Main St., Buffalo, NY 14208. Please enter the cemetery off Main Street, across from Jefferson Avenue. If you need to enter Forest Lawn at the Main Street Gate or Delaware Avenue Gate, just follow the white line on the road which will take you to the Wendt Center. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the tour start time.
Parking: There is plenty of parking in front and to the right of the Wendt Center.
Food & Beverage: You may bring water in a fully sealed container, but no food is allowed aboard the Trolley.
Photography & Video: You may take still photographs throughout the tour for your own personal use, however, video is prohibited.
Refunds and exchanges: Ticket sales are final. If severe weather is forecasted, we will monitor the conditions for the best chance of proceeding with the tour. No exchanges or refunds unless the tour is canceled.
